Rotary Bangalore Whitefield Central Club in association with a one of the big community apartment in Whitefield, Prestige Shantiniketan conducted its annual Blood Donation Camp (BDC) on 26th January 2018. About 118 residents visited, out of which 97 units of blood were collected and 21 were rejected.
The donors were provided juice and biscuits and water. The blood collection agency was TTK Blood Bank, Tippasandra that came to the venue on time and fully prepared for all kinds of contingencies with 10 staff members.
A small vendor supplied chairs and tables free of cost for the camp and the venue was provided free of charge by the association too. It was quite a smooth camp. As a token of responsibility and thanks, RBWC provided the TTK staff with refreshments and lunch.
