“Manufacturing Moonshot” drives home Importance of Organizational Coaching among Manufacturing SMEs.
Indian manufacturing SMEs stand at crossroads where they face the structural challenges along with big opportunities owing to growth forecast in Indian manufacturing sector. With a view to help Indian SMEs weather off the challenges and realize their growth potential, Rotary Bangalore Whitefield Central (RBWC) jointly with International Coach Federal (ICF) Bangalore Chapter, Startup Ignition Team, Indfrag Bio-Sciences, C4.0 and Machine Maker organised a timely and innovative event on 6th September 2019 at Indfrag Idea Theatre, Indiranagar, Bangalore.
Titled ‘Manufacturing Moonshot’, the event focused on creating awareness about the importance and implementation of coaching as an organizational practice among Indian manufacturing SMEs and MSMEs. This was the very first edition of this roundtable event, the brainchild of Rtn.Manikantan who is an Executive Coach now based at USA, and still the event received a great response from the industry fraternity. Twenty five delegates were screened from the registrations received and 100% attendance. The focus at the event was on ‘Enabling Growth in Indian Manufacturing through Coaching and Mentoring’ with emphasis on utilising the concept of Moonshot.
The four panelists Philip Samuel, Venkat Narayan (Bobby), Ramesh Maganti and Narayan Prasad participated in an one-hour long panel discussion, moderated by Rtn. Manoj Kabre of RBWC.
