One of our members who does not wish to give his identity has donated Rs.50000/- towards treatment of cancer patient.
Through Rotary Bangalore South West club (who are running Paediatric Cancer Treatment Scheme with RI Global grant) we have been able to identity Baby Amulya who is suffering with B cell ALL (Blood Cancer). The amount paid by our Samaritan donor will go towards procurement of medicine for the child by family free of cost from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology. While actual expenses may go beyond 50000/- balance will be paid under above scheme.
The support our member has provided will help Baby Amulya to breathe.
