Yesterday, RBWC conducted an interesting Speaker Session on Stem Cell Registration. Dr. Shalini Gambhir was the keynote speaker with Ms. Chinma assisting her in the session.
We were informed on why and how stem cell registration could save a life, and due to diverse ethnicity, the genetic match needs to be created. Hence creating a registry will go a long way in establishing the process of donation of stem cells.
